“Stayed for 2 nights at Harrison Hot Springs Resort Hotel. The check-in process really needs improvement. Perhaps they need more staff, but the line to check in snaked through the entire lobby. There were only 2 people (sometimes 3) to check people in. I waited in the line for 45 minutes. There were A LOT of very unhappy, stressed out people. Our room was good - 2 queen beds in the East Tower. Room was clean, the cleaning staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Comfortable beds, great AC....

“At check in, the employee was not friendly or helpful. He genuinely looked unhappy to be there. There were other staff walking around in t-shirt and track-ants with sandals on, meanwhile the single employee at the desk had a line out the door for check in. When we pulled into the dirty and grungy underground parking, there were two staff standing in the underground garage smoking next to a pile of garbage/old furniture. The hallways were dirty, old, dark and disgusting. The rooms were...

“Amazing”

“The room setup was perfect for our group of 5. Room was clean and the location can’t be beat. Staff was welcoming and had our room ready early. Kitchenette was awesome to have and worked well. The only notables…. $15 night parking fee per car that we weren’t aware of and room was a mixture of updated and also still from the 70’s. Also, what spa?? No amenities? Having said this, we would stay there again as we had such a good time and slept well!”

“Bed bugs, and I realize all hotels are prone to this, but it could have been handled better. I had a group of 4 rooms, would only reimburse for one after confirming bed bugs in that room, even though I had to move the entire group out of the hotel last minute and scramble to find accommodations. Had they assisted, I would have been happy to consider going back in the future. Instead, it was a negative interaction with no accountability shown.”

They are clearly in the process of renovating, but even the new renos in our room were haphazardly done and poorly thought out. No elevator - be prepared to schlep your luggage up the stairs and down hallways badly in need of vacuuming. Loud. One bed was just OK, the other was an old mattress that sagged toward the middle.
